Every wholesale football jersey order goes through a tightly choreographed factory workflow before it reaches your customer's door. Here's how a typical 200-piece custom-printed order moves through our China facility.
Day 0: Order Intake
Your WhatsApp message lands with the team list, quantities, sizes and any custom name/number list. Within 4 hours, our wholesale team responds with a confirmed PI (Proforma Invoice) showing line-item pricing, the shipping quote (DHL DDP rate to your country), and the deposit terms (typically 30% T/T deposit, 70% on dispatch).
Day 1-2: Pre-Production
Once your deposit clears, the order moves to the production planning desk. Our team pulls blank stock from the warehouse for clubs we keep in inventory (Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester United, Arsenal, etc. — top 30 clubs we stock in M/L/XL year-round). For less common clubs or larger sizes, we cut from raw polyester rolls.
Day 3-5: Cut and Sew
Sublimation-printed designs come pre-printed from our partner mills — the team crests, sponsor logos, and pattern graphics are heat-fused into the fabric at the textile stage. The cutting team uses laser dies to cut body panels, sleeves, collars and hem trim. Stitching is done on industrial lockstitch machines with 8-10 SPI for durability.
Day 6-8: Custom Name and Number Heat-Press
This is where custom orders take their extra 2-3 days. Each piece passes through the heat-press station: the name and squad number are cut from heat-transfer vinyl, positioned on the back at the standard placement (upper back surname, large back number, optional front-chest number), and heat-set with a 180°C platen for 12 seconds. Quality control inspects each print for alignment within ±3 mm of center and bubble-free edges.
Day 9: League Patches and Sponsor Logos
League patches (Premier League, Champions League, Coppa Italia, etc.) are heat-applied to the right sleeve as a separate step. Sponsor logos that are not part of the base sublimation are heat-pressed onto the chest. Each application is QC-inspected.
Day 10: Quality Control Inspection
Every piece is inspected on a lit table by a QC technician. They check: print alignment, color match against the master reference, stitch integrity, sizing accuracy (±1 cm tolerance), absence of fabric defects, and packaging readiness. Failing pieces are pulled for rework or replacement — never shipped.
Day 11: Packaging
Each jersey is folded with tissue paper, sealed in a clear branded bag with our logo, and packed into shipping cartons. We weigh and label cartons per DHL's spec for your destination country. Mixed-design orders are organized by SKU so your warehouse team can unpack and stock-key faster.
Day 12: DHL Pickup
DHL collects from our factory dock at 18:00. The carton ships through DHL's Hong Kong gateway, then onward to your destination. You receive the tracking number within 24 hours of pickup. For DDP shipments to US/EU/AU, duties and VAT are pre-paid — your customer sees zero charges at delivery.
Day 17-22: Doorstep Delivery
DHL delivers door-to-door in 5-8 days to US/UK/EU, 6-9 days to Australia, and 8-12 days to LATAM/MENA. Your buyer receives a clean, factory-fresh wholesale shipment ready to retail.
