Wholesale FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Sample orders start at 1 piece at $12. Wholesale tier kicks in at 10 pieces ($10/pc), then 50 pieces ($9/pc), then 200+ pieces ($8/pc). You can mix designs within an order — each design needs to meet its own quantity tier independently.
How long does production take?
Blank stock ships in 7–10 days. Orders with custom name and number printing take 10–15 days. Sponsor logo prints and league patches add 2–3 days. We start production the same day payment clears.
What is your shipping time worldwide?
DHL door-to-door delivery is 5–8 days to North America, Western Europe, UAE and Saudi Arabia. 6–9 days to Eastern Europe, Australia, New Zealand. 8–12 days to LATAM, Africa and South Asia. Tracking is provided within 24 hours of dispatch.
Do you ship DDP (delivered duty paid)?
Yes, DDP is included for most US, EU, UK and Australian orders under 30 kg total weight. Your buyers will not see any import duty or VAT charges at delivery. Larger shipments may be quoted with duty-paid options available — ask on WhatsApp for a precise figure.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T bank transfer, PayPal Goods & Services (buyer protection), Western Union for small orders, and USDT (TRC20 or ERC20). Proforma Invoice is issued before payment on request for orders above $1,000.
Can I order custom team kits with my own logo?
Yes. Send your logo as a vector file (AI, SVG or high-resolution PNG with transparent background) and we will quote the print setup. Custom logo printing is +$1 to $2 per piece depending on size and complexity. Setup fee is waived for orders above 100 pieces of the same logo.
