1. About Us
Jerseys.cc is a B2B wholesale supplier of factory-direct AAA fan-grade reproduction football jerseys, based in China. We sell to resellers, retailers, fanshops, dropshippers and team-kit buyers worldwide. All products sold are positioned as fan-grade replicas, not as official licensed merchandise.
2. Order Acceptance
An order is accepted only after we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) and you confirm in writing. Quoted prices are valid for 14 days. Production starts only after deposit clears.
3. Payment Terms
Standard terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance against tracking number on dispatch. Repeat customers with 3+ completed orders may negotiate alternative terms. Accepted methods: T/T, PayPal Goods & Services, Western Union, USDT (TRC20/ERC20). Bank fees are buyer's responsibility.
4. Pricing
All prices in USD. MOQ tiers: $12+ sample (1-9), $10+ wholesale (10-49), $9+ (50-199), $8+ bulk (200+). Custom name+number heat-press +$1/pc. Sponsor logos +$1-$2/pc. League patches $1 each. Long-sleeve, tracksuit and jacket SKUs priced separately. Prices subject to change without notice for new orders; confirmed PIs are locked for 14 days.
5. Shipping
DHL/FedEx/UPS door-to-door, 5-12 days worldwide. DDP included for most US/UK/EU/AU orders under 30 kg — duties and VAT pre-paid. Sea freight quotes available for 100kg+ orders. Buyer is responsible for accurate address; address corrections after dispatch incur DHL service fees passed through to buyer.
6. Customization & Lead Time
Blank stock production: 7-10 days. With custom name+number: 10-15 days. With custom sponsor or league patches: +2-3 days. Full custom team kits with buyer-supplied logos: 15-25 days. We start production same-day after deposit clears.
7. Quality & Returns
Every piece is QC-inspected before packing. Defective pieces (printing error, fabric defect, wrong size from our side) are replaced or credited on the next order — send photos within 14 days of delivery. Wrong-size errors caused by buyer not consulting our published cm measurements are not eligible for return refund due to international shipping cost.
8. Intellectual Property
We supply fan-grade reproduction jerseys. Club crests and league badges shown on products are property of their respective owners. We do not provide fake retail hangtags, fraudulent authenticity certificates or counterfeit branding. Buyer is responsible for marketing/labelling compliance in their destination market.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the order value of the affected items. We are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or third-party claims arising from buyer resale.
10. Governing Law
Disputes are resolved under the laws of the People's Republic of China. We encourage informal resolution via WhatsApp before any formal proceedings.
