When you contact us for a wholesale quote or place an order, we collect: name, business name (optional), email address, WhatsApp number, shipping address, payment reference (transaction ID only — never full card details).
2. How We Use It
- Process and ship your wholesale order
- Issue Proforma Invoices and order confirmations
- Provide DHL/FedEx tracking numbers
- Respond to quality, sizing or return inquiries
- Send relevant new-product announcements (only if you opt in)
3. Who We Share With
We share order data only with shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS) and payment processors (PayPal, bank wire intermediaries). We do not sell or share your data with third-party marketers.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use functional cookies to remember your language preference (jh_lang cookie, 365 days). We use Aizhan Tongji for traffic analytics — this collects anonymous visit data including page URL, referrer, device type, and approximate geolocation. No personally identifying data is sent to analytics.
5. Data Retention
Order records are retained for 7 years per Chinese commercial law. WhatsApp conversation logs are retained for 1 year on our internal systems for customer service quality and dispute resolution.
6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
